Soleiman Raie, Esq. attended Drexel University for his undergraduate degree in Marketing. He later attended and graduated from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, TX. Currently, he is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His practice includes Negotiating Contracts, Family Law, Immigration and Naturalization, Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, Business Law, Wills, Real Estate issues, and resolving Medicare & Medicaid liens. Mr. Raie also handles DUI, Traffic Violations, Landlord Tenant Issues as well as Municipal Court matters which are under $10,000. His past experience includes Judicial Clerkships in Domestic Relations Court and Major Felony Court. He has also clerked with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office.

Before joining the Law Offices of Michael Kuldiner, Mr. Taylor worked as Legal Counsel to Earthstar Bank, where he gained extensive experience regarding banking and collection law. Mr. Taylor has represented entities before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commissions, the Pennsylvania Department of Banking, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Philadelphia Zoning Board of Adjustment. At the Law Offices of Michael Kuldiner, Mr. Taylor represents clients regarding foreclosures, collections, DUIs, and zoning matters. Mr. Taylor’s results orientated approach has become his trademark.
